Back to the future

Was starting to feel a bit flabby, floppy and fat. Stumbled across the Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead film, and the associated website www.rebootwithjoe.com by Joe Cross. Could be just the ticket...I love juices and smoothies...and I already own a Breville juice fountain. I haven't settled on a grand plan or anything today, but I have juiced twice!
