Banana and strawberry smoothie
serves 2

1 banana, sliced
85g fresh strawberries
150g low-fat natural yogurt

Put the banana, strawberries and yogurt into a blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Cool cranberry smoothie
serves 4

350g cranberries, thawed if frozen
425ml cranberry juice, chilled
300ml natural yogurt
2-3 tbsp clear honey

Place the berries and juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the yogurt and honey and blend again until combined.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Black and blue smoothie
serves 2

125g blackberries
125g blueberries
100ml ice-cold water
150ml natural yogurt

Put the berries, water and yogurt into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Linseed vanilla smoothie
serves 4

2 bananas
2 tbsp ground linseeds
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp wheatgerm
750ml chilled almond or organic milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Put bananas, linseeds, honey, wheatgerm, milk and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth.
